IEEE Format

                                                                                       "Papers should be submitted in IEEE fromat only".Dont get afraid of what is IEEE format.It is just a set of instructions regarding how a paper should be so that it would be formal and comfortable.So far it has been adopted for optimal use.It suggests what should be the size of headings,abbreviations,margins,alignment .. e.t.c.
